Kate Roshon

I was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. I met my husband Walt on America Online 1.0 in 1990 and I moved from Philadelphia to San Francisco in 1991 and we've been together ever since! I have always loved reading and have written my whole life with Haven being my first published work. My husband and I never had children, but we have always had animals. Right now we have 3 dogs, a cat, and four chickens and they all love the large wooded property that we live on.

I grew up watching the original Star Trek with my brother. I still enjoy watching Science Fiction with my husband, my brother (when we visit each other), and my niece. We enjoy watching a variety of shows, all five Star Treks, Stargate SG-1, Doctor Who, Dark Matter, 12 Monkeys, The Expanse and more.

In my spare time, I love doing needlepoint and have recently taken up coloring in adult coloring books. At the moment I am working on getting my bachelor's degree.
